I don't eat many carbs either and I go over my protein and fat "goals" almost every day and even 2 pieces of fruit can max out the sugar goal. I've never had a problem eating that way as long as I keep my calorie goal. If what you're doing is working for you I wouldn't change it

If you're looking for a pedometer it's the best one IMO. It's reliable, accurate and it's super compact so you can clip it anywhere on you and it won't be bothersome. I used mine for a few weeks and it definitely makes you more aware of how many steps you're taking throughout the day and gets you up and walking around. One…

600 calories is not that much and will likely have no impact on your progress if you've done good the rest of the week. Just forget about it and make this week another great week!

I've been 100% gluten free for ~8 months and I eat very clean 90% of the time. For me it has been the perfect eating plan and it got me the results I wanted faster than I expected. I felt like I had tried everything and I couldn't make anything work for an extended period of time but this plan is very easy to live by and…

Most of the food you are eating has little to no nutrients. Your body is hungry for nutrients which is why a 100 calorie snack pack of cookies won't do the trick. Focus on eating more nutrient dense foods such as vegetables, leafy greens, eggs, fish and other proteins. Your body needs real food; the only thing cookies,…

Good!!! As long as you are aware of the amount of oil you are preparing it with and how much potato you are eating and are able to fit both into your plan, there's absolutely nothing wrong with potatoes. If you leave the skin on they contain lots of nutrients as well as a pretty good amount of fiber. Yum!

My perfect diet is nutrient dense, delicious whole foods: lots of leafy greens and veggies, fish, steak, eggs, chicken, nuts and nut butters, potatoes, quinoa, fruit, tea... I would be totally confident relying on that alone to lose weight and stay healthy because it's the only plan that has truly worked for me and IMO the…

I wouldn't give it a second thought if you know it's coming mostly from fruit. Basically any sugar in my diet comes from fruit, and according to myfitnesspal even 2 pieces a day can put my sugar intake over which is BS in my opinion so I just ignore it. As long as it's from fruit and not candy or other processed foods…
