I think im going to stop logging daily activities such as cleaning too...it will be just a bonus. When I do workout I use my Polar FT4 and input that info rather than using what MFP states which is usually overstated. Most of the time I dont eat back all the calories burned but i do make sure I eat the minimum calories MFP…

I agree, it seems to be overestimating. I use my HRM and adjust the minutes on MFP to meet the calories my HRM says.

Im not good at names of songs but I usually go with hip hop and top 40 stuff...if you go online and google workout songs you can get some good ideas. I usually ask my teenage son for suggestions too. Some artist I like are Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Missy Elliott, Beyonce, Jay-z, some Mariah Carey.
