Hope all of you are doing well. I weighed in at 132.2 this morning so I am up 3.8 . A little a head of schedule but I'm fine with it. I brought my calories to 2700 around ten days ago. Lot's of yummy Christmas goodies this week. I may back off calories for a few days in anticipation for Tuesday night and an all day food…

Week 13 Stronglifts Today B Squat 155x5 (working back up 160 fail) OHP 70x5,5,5,4,3 (second fail working back up :explode: ) Dead 185x5 Monday was A Squat 150x5 Bench 95x5,5,5,4,5 :grumble: Row 100x5 Third try on Bench comes Friday. Very happy with progress made on this program. I love this barbell stuff!!!

I have brought my son Jake to work once. I was asked to come in on my day off to do a massage ( so it was only like a little over an hour) and the gal working the desk loves kids and enjoyed having him there. I can't help it I love carbs :blushing: I just always make sure to have food with me if I feel the meanies coming on. That is something I will keep in mind for the future though just not this month. My son and I start baking next weekend. :drinker:
