Great idea! I forgot about mahi mahi! Awesome fish, grilled or baked or fried. Zataran's has a black bean and rice mix too and it would go really well with that.

Salmon-- I disagree that whitefish is the least "fishy". To me, it smells the most. I don't really like it. Salt, water retention... I would also make sure you're weighing at the same time of day, as weight can fluctuate throughout the day. Be sure to drink lots of water and get lots of rest. Get well soon!

For me it depends on my shoes. Most of the time I wear nike flip flops (celso thong) on my elliptical and my feet/toes don't get tingly or numb. An added benefit is that I can rinse them off afterwards if they get gross, and that my feet don't sweat. Other shoes sometimes work for me but others I get numb within minutes. I…

Agreed! I tend to get much more tired and winded on my elliptical if I have a head cold. Take it easy!

Absolutely! Especially if you really increased your amount of exercise. However, if it is annoying or uneasy for you not to have a period, you should go see a doctor and make sure it's not something else.

I also suggest cooking dinner for two. Keep the second half for the next day's lunch. Frozen meals aren't all that bad, as long as you switch it up and try different ones. :)

I love this! Sometimes I mix my whole ipod with my workout mix, and it does help keep you on your toes. I turn up resistance on slow songs and down and fast ones. :)
