My office always has food. Usually bagel and muffins and candy. Recently they've been getting Kind bars (which are a little healthy). I usually take a photo of the carb/sugar spread, post a photo online of their attempt to sabotage me and then go eat an apple.

I'm the same way. I'm naturally cold all day but as soon as I fall asleep I'm on fire. My wife can't stand it :-(

Biggest tip? Organ Donation. Got an extra lung and kidney, give'm away. Spleen, Gall Bladder, pancreas - not needed....Donate 60% of your liver while you're at.

When that happens to me I search the database for something that I think is similar (and has lots of confirmations) and use that as well. When there are multiples I try for one on the higher side for caution.

If my wife bought some of those I'd never let her out of the house...plus at those prices we'd have to give up our gym membership.

Black Cherry Energy is excellent. As is Orange Tangerine. Ice Tea and Fruit Punch are not bad. Don't try the Green Thunder Energy, not good.
