congratulations!!! thats great news. I would seriuosly stick to getting that info from your doctor. excercising during pregnancy is not a bad thing at all..but your doctor and a specialized trainer should be able to tell you whats safe and not safe. if it was me though,. I would play it safe for the first three months…

MFP has definately taken over Facebook for me. I have been on MFP one week now..and haven't logged in to Facebook at all!! There is so much more positive things going on here that I don't care for FB anymore! I am sending you an add! :)

i was looking at the 30 day squat challenge as well. We can start it together if you want. :) I would even like to try a push ups challenge..but i am totally bad at those..and can`t do more than 5! someday... :)

i just started and what a difference time makes on weighing in. I weighed myself last night at 243.8, then first thing this morning..i was 241.6. I then took a shower..blow dried my hair..about half hour or so later..thought i should get on the scale before getting dressed with nothing on..and it was at 240.4. I got on it…

Hi I am 36 and have been struggling with my weight since forever! I yo-yo'd a lot in the past years..however i have totally lost control and I am now at my biggest at 250 pounds. Getting older definitely doesn't help. You have an advantage of being in your early 20's so use it! :) I would love to have a few weight loss…
