Hi and Welcome, from a Tigers fan :flowerforyou:

We had pizza for dinner. I've already hidden my piece away for breakfast. You haven't seen vultures until the guys in my house are looking for the last piece of pizza.

Pillars of the Earth is my all time favorite book. Followed closely by another Follet, Night Over Water. Stephen King's The Stand and the Dark Tower Series are also some of my favorites.

My dearly deceased FIL used to say "look at the Fartbox on that one". Okay? When I look at one's behind I really don't dwell on what comes out of one.

Most of my smoothies start out with a TBS of chia seeds, 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 2 TBS of Chobani or Fage, whatever I have, add fruit and spinach. I get a really thick smoothie out of these ingredients.

I love my oatmeal and feel the same about not really wanting it in the summer time, until I found recipes for refrigerator oats at Yummy Life. You can make two or three ahead of time, have them waiting in the fridge, grab and go! I've also just recently started making smoothies in the morning for after my walk or 30DS.

I don't generally hate anything but I rarely eat fish. Red meat makes up a large part of my diet. One of the best ways to stick to a healthy diet is to LIKE what you eat. Portion control comes in handy here. Get a scale, Measure and figure your calories before you eat it. And I agree on the pork tenderloin! So many ways to…

I'm fairly new here myself, after some time spent on WW. It is pretty cool, I find the website and logging food to be far superior to WW and have been quite happy here. Welcome!

I'll often mash a half of avocado with cottage cheese and tomatoes. Other than that we make a lot of homemade guac.

To his boxers. I can see your point that maybe it shouldn't be so annoying to me, but there are times the kids have friends over (I have both a girl and a boy) and he strips in the living room and walks upstairs to get the clothes he wants to wear. Why not just walk upstairs, strip and change? And if I left his clothes…

Aha, I see what you mean. I guess if we were younger with no teenagers in the house this would appear to be a great situation. But the habit of undressing in the living room/dining room/kitchen and using the dining room chairs as a closet is annoying and dirty. I walk into my bedroom to change my clothes, I would have…

Pardon me. But I did not say that this situation is great therapy. I answered the last paragraph, which is why I only quoted those few lines. In essence, just answering her question.

That is incredible progress!! Congrats to you!!
