Hello! You could try ramping up your exercises. Start doing circuit drills workign different muscles groups at the same time. This way you are bulding muscle and doing cardio together.

If you are burning almost 800 calories a day and sticking to your intake it should'nt take you two months to start seeing results I think you should see something in thirty days. Thie thing to remember is everyone is different. Keep at it man. I new to this too.

Also my cardio will consist of circuit exercises. I cant do any lower body work I just had a hip replacement but no excuses from me!

Have not lost what I want to yet but blood pressure and just to be overall healthier. Also with exercise I just want to be stronger than before my surgery.
