Hey Pizzazz, Forgetting to log happens occasionally. As long as you: 1.) log the suddenly-remembered item, and 2.) do the math and the calories of the suddenly-remembered item don't put you over your calorie budget, you haven't officially broken any rules.

Gus, thank you for that post. I've never made it to Day 70, but reading your encouraging words, I feel I can do it. I'm very impressed by your "stubborness." Like you, I have a lot to lose, and I hope I'll still be seeing your posts a year from now.

Two NSVs: 1. My husband said I look smaller. (My husband isn't very observant, so this is a big deal, lol) 2. My wedding ring fits again!

Hey everyone, Please post your mini-challenge related posts in the thread started by Jagreene. I think it will be easier to see everyone's mini-challenge posts if we have them in all in one place.

I've made a note on my spreadsheet that you might need some additional days beyond the usual 3-day grace period. Stick with us!
-
Yay! I'm so glad to hear it! :)

It's awesome you're feeling better. The mini-stroke sounds scary--I'm keeping you in my thoughts. I wouldn't worry too much about the weight loss... I think doctors in general put too much stock in the scale. Listen to your doctor, of course, but don't be too worried about it. You're a great lady, and I'm so happy to see…

I love this question! If I complete this challenge, I'm going to ask my sister or my parents to watch my kids on my day off, so I can lounge around and do nothing all day. It will be everything I thought it could be. And I totally feel your pain about having wide feet. Mine are size 10 wide--shoes are my bane. I would love…

Margie posted an optional mini-challenge in the Participants Updates thread. We probably should make a separate thread for it--it's easy to miss!

Yw. Okay, everyone! It's October 2nd and the challenge is closed to new participants. You guys are it. You guys can do it. If you have any questions, don't hesistate to message me or margieparkins. Let's do this!

October 1st Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

Haha. Yay! :)

I never specified that if you join on October 1st you still have to follow the plan (though that was the idea), so I'll say it's okay this time. Good luck with the challenge. :)
-
That's great! As long as you're not *too* under your goal, you're good! :)
-
If you want to eat back your calories that were excerised away, you can do that. They don't have to be in your original budget.
-
Sure is. Just make sure to sign in with a 'yes' to each of the 3 questions I post daily and you'll be fine.
-
Welcome, everyone who's joined since yesterday! I'm so glad you made it. Sign-ups are open for only another 15ish hours, so if you have any friends who you think would want to join, let them know soon.
-
Hi Pam, Eating back your calories lost during exercise is fine. I've heard it's best that you do. Either way, it's up to you. :)
-
Nice. I worked as an overnight stocker at a grocery store for a while, and I loved it in terms of exercise. It was hard *not* to stay in shape with that job.

Hi Julia, 1. To get the little bar to show the amount of weigh you've lost: - click the "My Home" tab up above - click the "Check-In" sub-tab that will appear - enter your new weight. 2. The sign-in threads will be at the bottom of the group page (in the same area where you found this thread). The first thread is already…
