Actually, it is my TOM, never really thought that!! No, I'm not losing my balance any other time of the day. And as far as the plugged ears, I'll get them cleaned. Just thought it was weird because the only time they plug is while I'm exercising or while I'm driving on the highway....wierd!! Hopefully a cleaning will help…

By tomorrow, I have officially finished week 2 of sticking to my goals (with just a few screw ups on the weekend but hey it was Thanksgiving)!! So I have been doing cardio for 2 hours a day, a half an hour leisurely walk and sticking to three meals a day - no junk food!!

Yep, I believe, what else can you do when you grew up with them. There was something about our hallway and bedrooms. My parents still live there, and when they have my boys over for the night there is one bedroom in paticular that they refuse to sleep in. Usually when I'm not into the music on a video, I wait til I basically know the moves down pat then just turn the volume down on the tv, and put on my own music. I have however learned however that you have to use something with a similar tempo or it could hinder the workout!

We eat at 7pm. I try to stay up til 11pm, but getting up once or twice a night with the baby usually has me asleep on the couch at 9!!

I used to love sugar sandwiches. That for us was a special treat from my grandpa, he even made them with real butter. What I still love every once in awhile from my chilhood is bbq potatoe chips dipped in vanilla ice cream.

Ssssswweeeet!!! bars here have last call at 2 unless we're at the legion for a wedding or something then it's about 1 grrr. This is why hubby prefers sitting around drinking around the table, you can make your own closing time.....which sometimes is not so great lol!!

Ah no, it sounds like your coming down with something. I always feel weak during my workouts right before being hit with a cold or flu. It'll get better! I hope you have a great day.....and try aveeno or there's a benedryl for the itchiness. :flowerforyou:

I did awesome this week, working out for 2 hours a day, taking a half hour walk. and not eating junk food not once. Then last night happened!! We went to my brothers house and the guys had a few drinks. My sister in law puts out food after food ( I think to keep from keeping the boys full and drunk so they'll go home…

I felt like that this morning too!! My hubby had to go to work early, which means if I want to work out, I better get at it. That was at 6 am.
