They actually aren't too high in calories considering the protein content. and nearly all of the are fat free.

Not sure about the recipe but I just buy the Skinny Girl Margaritas from my Safeway. It's SOOOO good, only 30 something calories for an ounce and half.

145-150lbs here! I'm currently at 159, and still feel frumpy. I need to tone up more.

Do they have a grill there? I always used to pick out my veggies and chicken and have them grill it up on the hibachi grill. Then portion control! I'm not going to deny myself food, then I'll binge later.

To satisfy my chocolate cravings I make chocolate protein shakes. Soooooo good, and they make me super full too. Have you made them before?

I love tea too. I often drink it if I'm feel like snacking at night. I add a little touch of honey and it helps subside any sugar cravings I'm having. Mmmmm... I drink green tea during the day while I'm at work too. So good!

I'm 5'8, and currently 162. I started out at 186, and my goal is 150-145. I'm still kinda flabby and I've got a belly. I was 145lbs before I got pregnant 4 years ago, I am going to get back to that weight.

I upped my cal intake to adjust for 1lb/week loss instead of 2lbs like I had been doing before. I also changed up my exercise routine a little bit. It worked for me and a lot of people on my friends list.

I'm 5'8, just TRYING to get to 150 for now. AND *possibly* get to 145lbs. 110lbs would be too thin for my body type.

I bought mine from Marshall's. It was cheaper than anywhere else I've seen too.

I use the recipe calculator here too. And I admit, as it is kind of a pain to figure things out, it is really eye opening. I love to use my 'recipes' here. As for the sloppy joe caloric content.... that sounds about right.
