I am on Tri-Cyclin and have never had any problems with weight gain/loss.

It sounds good - don't change anything and wait to see what happens. If you are very close to your weight goal or are not very overweight, 2lbs / week might be unrealistic, but I don't know your stats.
-
Is your activity level set correctly? If you are eating all of your exercise calories, then you should NOT include formal exercise in your activity level setting (under your fitness profile). Exercise should ONLY be counted in your diary.

Haha very cute!
-
Haha love it. That's basically my plan.

Hey I'm 22 - in my last semester of college. :)
-
Record it! if it changes later then change it, if not great job!
-
Agreed! My strategy is basically to only indulge on the day of (the actual holiday). I think what gets me is the over-eating on all of the days before/after the actual holiday while family is still together.

Experiment to find a good weight for you. Different exercises will require different weight. An appropriate weight is one where you can maintain good form for the entire set, but by the end it feels hard.
-
Love it!

Strength training in the leg area (squats, lunges, leg presses... etc) to build muscle and cardio cardio cardio to burn fat!
-
I agree, if it is less than 5 cals per serving I don't log it unless I am eating a lot of it.
-
Congrats! I'm also graduating this semester. :)
-
I thought so, too!

When possible always go for the real whole food.

I have the EXACT same measurements as you. As for shirts, I wear things that are stretchy (like tank tops under sweaters) or form fitting because then they will expand or fit tight where you want them to. I also wear things that are looser but have cinching in the middle, which really shows off our waist. For pants I wear…
-
After 6 days you should be fine, but if anything hurts or feels weird you should stop.
-
Great work! keep it up!
-
I plan to keep logging and stay on track except for Thanksgiving, whichever night we eat latkes for Hanukkah, Christmas, and New Year's Eve, when I won't log. But will still try to exercise on those days.
-
Great work! It's always nice to have someone notice.
-
I have a "Sportline" heart rate monitor watch. Love it! I think it was like $70 or so.
-
Yes. This.
-
Exactly.
-
I don't know... I think that's a really over-simplified view of people's lives and situations.
-
Healthy food costs more than unhealthy food and food stamps don't pay for alcohol & non-food items. And yes, the money is free to people who have food stamps, but $300-$400/month is not a lot for food for a family. Trying to get as much food for as cheap as possible is a real concern.

I also came across this by accident, on my phone, and took a while to realize it was a whole online thing as well. It's great! I've been doing a lot better after I joined the website part of it.

As long as you set your activity level to sedentary and stay under your cals you should keep losing even without exercise. If someone else is preparing your meals for you, make sure they listen to your instructions and tell them how you want things prepared and to report the cals to you!
