Not sure, but you should do a google search on how to switch between itunes libraries because it Seems like you now have multiple libraries.

Your calorie deficit is already calculated for you, so ideally you want your "net" to be as close to your "goal" as possible at the end of the day.

Understandable. You don't have to make up for ALL of them, but try eating/drinking something small at least, cuz you don't wanna be too far under.

You want to make sure that your net calories equals your goal calories. This means if you burn calories from exercise you should eat something to make up for them! Your calorie deficit (how many calories less you should consume relative to your maintenance amount) is calculated for you already in your daily calorie target.…

Interesting but don't think we should all be worried. It makes sense that a 500-calorie/day diet would cause hormonal changes. I wonder why they gave them such an extremely low/unhealthy calorie intake? What about people who lose weight at a safe speed?
