I don't control it completely. I just indulge in small portions and fit them in within my cals and exercise. I could never give up sweets completely.

Drink more water to get rid of the extra. Divide your weight by two - that's how many ounces a day you should be getting, and that's not even factoring in exercise.

I say go for it! You'll never know if you don't try it. Make sure you ask the instructor to help you set up your bike, and tell them about your prior injuries. This way they can make sure you're in the right position to not get hurt again! I love the YMCA.

It's not unrealistic, you just have to be ready to commit. And breastfeeding burns a lot of calories!! So that's not a negative factor at all, actually.

Of course it's not necessary. Lots of people only weigh in and measure themselves (with tape measure) once a month.

I don't know why but this happens to me too. Only on the elliptical, not with running. My shoes aren't tight at all. What I think it is is my toes pushing up on the front of the foot-holder part. I don't know though lol.

That's a tough one! I hate summer and winter, but I'd say it is easier for me to get myself to the gym in the summer because it's easier to walk/drive to the gym when there's no snow and don't have to layer so many clothes and change once you get to the gym. I live in MI for the record.

What are your net calories? Are you eating back your exercise calories? What is your activity level set to on your fitness profile?

Yeah I agree he must have known and was hiding it. But what do you think he was trying to get by hiding it? If he had just told them they would have left at the beginning. Did he want to save her cuz he knew they would kill her? I just want to know what his motives were.

Yeah I was wondering about this.... did Hershel really not know? Was he trying to possibly save Sophia? I hope they address that and don't just let it go.
