I have to take mine with food also, some times I will take half of my vitamins with 2 different meals.

I had a dog named Rufus , When she heard the word " Ready" she would go in attack mode, she died from old age. My cat Gucci can be in the bedroom with me and when he hears my b/fs car come he will race out to the door to greet him every time, he does this daily. Its really cute because he is such a lazy cat !

I have one so I'm guessing that makes me trashy to! :ohwell:

I did a cheat day yesterday:devil: , and I logged it, I think its best to log them.

I take a shower without the plug in, then put the plug in and take a half hour bath everyday, I guess I need both lol.. (shower~bath) is what I call it :smile:

I don't get very much exercise, because of the lyme, I have lost 40 pounds since the end of April 2013, I lost 5 pounds before I joined MFP... I joined MFP in May of 2013 and really love it . I no the weight would come off quicker if I did more then diet alone, and a small walk when I can ... But you can lose from diet…

My back doctor told me about it, she has lost a lot of weight doing it...So I gave it a try and love it. So I'm here to get fit and healthy!

I don't log cleaning , that is a every day thing to me I wouldn't feel right to log it:ohwell:

I always get hungry to, so I add in a few snacks for bed time and always have a cup of hot green tea:heart:

I have a cup every night:happy:
