My boyfriend uses bran flakes to bread fish, it turns out nice--Hungry Girl suggests Fiber One as a bread crumb sub. http://www.hungry-girl.com/newsletters/raw/1496 I also read that unsweetened wheat germ works nicely, and that you can find whole wheat panko bread crumbs in some stores.

I think it's good to learn that fruit and some veggies do contain a lot of sugar...one hint I'd have is to try to go for fruit with less sugar like berries (strawberries have the most sugar, but still much less than other fruit, blackberries and raspberries are fairly low in sugar). If you lose wt at a slow healthy rate, your skin can usually adapt. On shows like the Biggest Loser, etc, they lose wt FAST--no time for the skin to keep up with what's underneath. If all else fails...save your pennies and reward yourself for hitting your goal with a tummy tuck!! :)
