On a cut, I aim for -500 under my TDEE through what I eat, then burn whatever else through my workouts. I personally can't eat less than -500 under my TDEE without it affecting my strength, mood and libido. On a bulk I'm always +500 to +1000.

She takes what we call 'nom' naps where she's like in a super deep sleep. You know she's in that state when her paws start twitching, and her mouth starts sorta suckling. It's like she's dreaming I think. That's when you can cat stack! lol

Lmfao yup... my cat is sweet and cuddly, up until the moment she decides, "ENOUGH HUMAN!" And gives those WTF are you doing eyes and the 'Tortitude' comes out. Like this... But she's my buddy and lets me do stuff like this... lol

On the rare occasion I do drink, vodka & Diet Coke or Diet Sprite... it sounds odd, but the bite from the diet coke goes well with it.

The only thing Planet Fitness is good for is trolling it and trying to get them to set off the lunk alarm. If you want to actually get in shape, go find a real gym that doesn't give out free pizza and candy at the door. Just LOL at this place.

Great thing is, I've done it for so long, I'm never even hungry anymore or obsess w/ thinking about food. I have to remind myself when to eat sometimes. I tend to push my daily fast to 20 hours on cardio days and 18 on weight lifting days. It's not exact everyday, but really just whenever I get a moment to eat. Really just…

As others have said, if your goal is to lose weight, any eating regimen will work just fine. Personally? I've been IF'ing and training fasted for over 5 years now (Leangains method) and I won't train/eat any other way. Worked great for me and my GF. Eating in the morning makes me sluggish and tired and I much rather eat…
