Most Universities have a rec center/gym that is free for students to use. Could you go there?

I am an Academic Advisor at a University. It's pretty good. I used to teach high school, so this is a step up for sure. The hours and students are WAY better, but the job is not quite as rewarding and I get tired of sitting at my desk all day.

It does, but body weight can fluctuate over the course of a day, which is why it's better to weigh once or twice a week, at the same time of day.

Hip Hop Abs can be fun, but I didn't do it enough to really see results. I would suggest mixing it up with some other exercises too or you could get bored with it.

I used to walk all the time, about 1.5 hours a day, and lost about 10 lbs from it (which was my goal). I don't have as much free time now but I still enjoy walking when I can.

Somehow, it tells me that an hour and a half of light bicycling burns nearly 600 for me... WHAT?!! It's awesome if it does, but that doesn't really seem realistic compared to my other workouts.

I lived in Tacoma and then Olympia for a few years, but just moved to Iowa about 6 months ago. I miss trees!

I've cut back a lot on drinking, but there is no way I could give up chips. Tortilla chips with hummus is my all-time favorite snack!
