Do a mean green juice fast drink twice the amount if you have to since you seen to want/need that feeling if being stuffed. Do it for a week and you will be healthier for it and down in weight. Don't forget the kale mmmm. I hope that's not horrible advice.

I am struggling to lose weight myself. Once I am at a weight my body seems to be able to keep it on for years at a time with very little flunctuation. I wonder what that means for my metabolism. I agree with you here. I think this is why I kept quitting, that and the scale. This time I'm just taking it one day at a time. New day = walking, biking, exercise, video... something!

I jazz up my coffee with skim milk instead of cream and Carmel swirl instead of sugar. Turns out it has less calories this ways and you can actually taste the coffee instead of all that cream. Yum. Now if only Dunkins had a almond milk option hmmm.

That sounds more like a pear shape. The weight is more likely to come off you top if you are a pear. There are certain measurements you can find online to be sure.
