I just had tilapia for dinner tonight. Found a recipe on skinnytaste.com (Skillet Cajun Spiced Flounder with Tomatoes). Tilapia can be substituted for the flounder. Very good and easy. Ingredients include olive oil, onions, garlic, bell pepper, tomatoes and cajun spice seasoning. I only had creole seasoning and used it…

Even when I was slimmer, I wore spanx or assets often. For me I just like the no pany line, no wedgie and slimming feel and look you get when wearing them. I don't think you're cheating yourself, it's just a way to look better in your clothes, IMO.

The stair master....I can burn twice as many calories in half the time as the elliptical. But it's soooo hard for me to do more than 15 min.

Hi Everyone! So glad I found this group. I turned 40 in January. Now when someone asks how old I am, saying 40 just sounds so strange. I've been using mfp since December. Much success to us all!

I watched the show. To each their own but I thought they shared too much information with their kids. Totally agreed with Dr. Phil saying children shouldn't have to deal with adult issues.

I've been a member for a couple of months. I didn't sign a contract but was able to prepay 100 visits. I have a year to use it. It works out because I have a treadmill and other equipment at home..... but when I get bored with that and need something different I'll opt for the gym. No complaints about the gym.

I'm 40 and and 5' 8". My goal weight is 150, although my doctor's preferred weight for me is 160. I think I'll settle for somewhere in between. Congrats on your success.
