Thank you for the advice. I just don't know if you are supposed to give yoruself breaks for your muscles to heal or if you really are supposed to do it everyday for 30 days. I just don't want to sabotage myself! I am sure you will make it to level two this time. You can do anything you set your mind to!

I personally feel that the first few weeks are the hardest. You're suddenly without all fatty foods you love. After a while it becomes habit. Going without those feeds starts to feel normal. Just keep pushing yourself and it will fall into place sweetie.

I have been using a combo of 100% natural African shea butter and bio oil on my stretch marks. I have heard wonderful things about the African Shea butter. It's just all around good for your skin. Honestly it is impossible two gain to pounds in one day. You may just be holding a little bit of water weight. I wouldn't worry to much and give your body a little more time to adjust to your changes. I know the scale can be frustrating but just have faith and yourself and it will come off. : )

I like to had tomatoes and onions in my omelets sometimes. Also, sometimes I put hot sauce on them to give it an extra kick without the extra calories.
