Hello from Scotland back! :D Welcome to MFP! I'm in Dundee lol, good to see a fellow Scot!
-
This really irritates me as well, I have to go the long way round and convert stuff, it can be quite time consuming when I'm working with a lot of ingredients!

I think the gap between the legs is a genetic thing. Some people have it, some people don't. Some people used to have it and lose it due to weight gain - in this case it's possible to get back. I've never had this gap, but I still saw improvement when I did the squat presses from the 30 Day Shred.

Aww you're so pretty! I can't wait to buy dresses like that again!
-
No one? Ah well, I'll just have to try it then I'll review if for you guys! :)
-
Aww man, I feel for her. She sounds so sweet too. I really hope she meets someone who can make her happy. :)
-
Holy hell, look at you! What an amazing change! Well done Sir, very well done!
-
Howdy! Welcome to MFP! Feel free to add me as a friend, I've lost 42lbs so far, but it's amazing people like you who insipre me! Keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:

I'm with the brony, cut him a little slack but do explain to him why you're angry. Men are stupid sometimes regarding women's feelings. Perhaps he really has no idea what he did. :)

I'm in Scotland, add me if you wish! :flowerforyou:
-
UK size 10! Just like when I was 18. :3
-
Thank you very much! I am in the UK, so I may start trying Boot's stuff once I'm through with this Avon cream. Oil treatments sound good as well... I may usee rice bran oil for that, that's the oil found in many Japanese skin treatments, and it was even used by the Geisha community.
-
Thank you everyone! I've invested in a face cream with SPF 20, can't find a 30 one for some reason... it's from Avon. I have to be careful not to use it too close to my eyes, it stings them haha. But otherwise, it makes my skin look more even-toned. I'll keep using this and see what happens!
-
Wow you look awesome! Well done girl!
-
Oh I see, thank you so much for the advice! I'll start right away! :flowerforyou:
-
Thanks guys! I never go to tanning salons, I'm a redhead so I don't suit a tan. I don't really do facials either, I use the occasional face mask but nothing fancy. Mary Kay and Clinique sound interesting, I'll give them a look!
-
Maybe investing in a skin-firming lotion. I always apply it after I work out, and it's also minimised my stretch marks.

Ah, this site has it's share of *kitten*. I remember one guy, he added me as a friend, and after 2 days of looking at my diary, he posted on my profile openly insulting me and saying that I didn't belong on this site because I wasn't serious about weight loss. I was having coffee, I had mayonaise, and cheese that day, oh…
-
Oh man, where to start. I'm a massive Zelda nerd! Also Silent Hill, I know the ins and outs of that story on a sad level! I also love Grandia, Legacy of Kain, Resident Evil (first 3 only plz), Final Fantasy, Dragon Age...
-
You've done it once, you can do it again! :)
-
Hahaha, booty front? That's a great term, I'm totally using that from now on! Apparently twisting, as in the dance, is good for side abs? Maybe that can help?
-
I'll be lifting once my exams are done, but I don't think I should eat less. I'm on 1200 a day as it is haha!
-
When I think about it, I noticed changes in my tummy when I was doing squat presses and supermans (supermen? lol) from Jillian Michael's DVD. I really should do more of those.
-
Thanks guys! I've already done the 30DS once, I'm going to do it again and see what happens.
-
I did the 30 Day Shred and lost 2 inches on each arm. Still working on them but that's a start.
-
The next time he playfully slaps you, playfully kick him in the balls.
-
Hey dude, I'm Scottish if you want to add me! My target weight was a loss of 60lbs as well, and let me tell you, it's so, so possible! I'm 40 down already, so if you ever need any help, just give me a shout. :flowerforyou:
-
Excellent! My tummy is JUST like yours so I aim to do what you've done. :)
-
Thanks guys! It's a permanent knee injury he has, so he has to be very careful.
-
Thanks everyone! And wow, I didn't know peanuts weren't actually nuts! Learn something new every day. :) I think I'll get hold of almonds and pistachios. I need pistachios for my homemade Persian ice cream anyway. :D
