Try to cut back, not just for your diet, but for your teeth. I used to drink that much, until my dentist recently told me that coffee is actually making its mark on my enamel and working its way under my fillings.

I've been doing Walk Away The Pounds super challenge while holding weights, and sometimes I sweat so much my weights nearly fly right out of my hands! I feel accomplished when I've been sweating.

Take that feeling and turn it into motivation. Seriously, I had the exact same feeling as you. But I turned it into determination. I'm in a LDR. My other half is in Germany, I'm in Scotland. We've been together 8 months now, and we seem to get stronger all the time. I visited him in March, and I go again in August, then he's coming here at Christmas, then... I move over there for good.

I recommend getting some weights - the Davina set are good - and do some squat presses. A lot of the moves in level 1 of the 30 Day Shred helped me tackle my bra fat. :)
