I have GIANT hips. Like the actual bones. I had right about 100lbs to lose at the beginning and at about 15lbs down I was laying on my side and I could see the top one sticking out! That's what's going on I think. I always eat the whole egg but just recently started using whites to reduce calories. If there is even a CHANCE that that's what it is, I'm never just using egg whites again. Holy crap it was the worst pain... Thanks :)

I have a nut mix (by planters I think?) and it has nuts, soy, a little bit of chocolate and it seems to wake me right up and give me just the right amount of energy to get through that hump! I think it's called the energy pack or something... I'm sorry I'm not more specific lol
