These are the 3 brands I have used on and off for years and taste good. Sci-MX diet - Currently use. (Chocolate) Maxiumuscle Diet - (Chocolate) Herbalife shake with additional protein powder

Started yesterday. Going to do Day 2 shortly.

Use to use Herbalife. They are good. However, I now use Sci-MX chocolate diet shake with almond milk. Maximuscle Diet tastes good too.

Started Day 1 today. I can honestly say that seemed harder than doing 20k on my bike! However, I am going to stick to it.

1200 calories here. I exercise roughly 5/6 times a week. Mostly on my bike with it being summer. I tend to eat roughly the same sort of things each day. I am wheat/dairy intolerant so try to avoid those sorts of foods. However, I have started adding much more fruit/veg into my diet for variety. Dairy is open.

Cyclist here. Try and get out on my bike (mountain) 5-6 days a week doing a minimum of 4.5 miles at time. The weekends I tend to do more. Did 7.5m on Saturday and 14.2m on Sunday. I live Grampian (Scotland) So plenty of hills near me to get a good workout.

I had the exact same issue. However it was due to the fact I was not eating enough calories. I was only eating between 500-600 at day. As soon as I upped my calories to 1200+ the issue has since resolved itself.

Starting L1 D1 today, plus my usual 4+ mile cycle. Wish me luck. :)

I use Soya Milk, Rice Milk and very occassionally Almond Milk. I can only use a small amount of 1% regular milk with coffee (I have an dairy/wheat intolerance)

I only log my workouts, long walks, treadmill, biking etc. Do not log everyday activities.

I eat about 140-180g of protein for lunch & dinner. With the exception of breakfast & snack. I drink protein shakes for those.
