Hi there! I just stumbled across this challenge because it's showing up in new groups! Hoping doing the challenge can help me, because when I'm on the ball I'm doing fine with logging and exercise, but when I - hate this phrase - "fall off the wagon", I usually stay away for days or weeks and undo all my hard work!

I'm here! 28 years old, and I'm from Melbourne. I have bursts of logging in regularly, interspersed with weeks where I go back to old habits. Goal for 2014 is to transition to more of the former and much less of the latter!

I eat three square meals a day.... Lunch, Dinner & Dessert. I usually eat Lunch right on 2 pm, Dinner 7-8 and finish up with something sweet before 10, so I'm loosely doing a 16:8 type of IF. Occasionally I'm hungry in the morning, so I break it. I snack during that 8 hour window too.
