With the exception of 1% milk (just prefer the taste), I go for full fat versions of everything I eat. Otherwise, it just tastes like cardboard.

Sometimes we don't know what's in what we eat, so it's hard to log. And you don't want to stand in the kitchen for an hour with all the packages logging everything when you could be spending that time with family. That's my logic. Because we know how unreliable the database here is...
