Yes...but you really shouldn't worry about any other weight but the morning one. Actually weighing daily could drive you crazy...try doing it just once or twice per week. I should practice what I preach...somedays I weigh more then once but the morning one is the only one that counts. And I only log my weigh-ins every 2…

Agree with the others....you need to eat back your calories. You will see in the long run you lose more weight eating them back.

I would wait until you talk with your surgeon...I recently had surgery and I over did it a couple of days and actually delayed my recovery by 1 week.....I say do what your doctor tells you. It is hard but it is even harder to have to recover longer because of being impatient. Hope this helps!!!
