Thanks for your input. If that's the case, then why does myfitnesspal tracking add the sugar for grapes then? My calorie quota per day is 1200 and they say I should have no more than 24 mgs of sugar. 10% would be 120? I'm still confused.

I make my own rasberry vinagrette but, dang, it's high in sugar just by adding the rasberry jam! I try different things but now I'm using fat-free western. Again, high in sugar but low calorie and no fat. I like sweet dressings but they really increase but they don't help my sugar numbers!

I have never drank enough fluids of any kind so by logging it, it "forces" me to try and drink more. For me, it's a good thing.
