I use to despise body hair until I fell in love with a Sicilian. Go figure. Love from the inside out, not vice versa.

Idk, they look pretty unhealthy to me

Fantastic work!

I'd buy that for a dollar

Lolz. Chubby, stocky, fluffy, all-woman, thick-thick, I've heard a lot of those. Got told once I should dress as one of the M&Ms for Halloween.

This is what the bottom half of that pic looks like, right?

*shrugs* Too much musical knowledge that randomly gets accessed due to thread posts? Eh, its ok. Your name is Brainy, yet you're saying there's nothing up there? Lies on the internet, say it ain't so!

Ok, I'll bite...but mostly because this started playing...in my head. HA

By shrink, you mean dehydrate, amirite? Every dance convention I go to sells these silly things now, and I've yet to hear anyone other than sellers say "it *actually* works." But, some girls use them right before a performance to "tighten" things up. Definitely not permanent.

If I do it daily, it leads to some very unhealthy behaviors, my body fluctuates a good 5 pounds in a week easy and if I obsess on that I will overcorrect. If I do it monthly, there isn't enough accountability and I usually flounder or forget what I'm suppose to be doing to lose. Weekly is like the porridge that's "just…

I like the FitBit One because I don't like having something on my wrist all the time. Like a few others have said, though, an HRM is measuring something different than a pedometer. I use the FitBit to measure my basic day-to-day burn, and a Polar to measure burns on actual exercises.

I later cited an article and corrected myself to say "active." All good.
-
I love this! Wonderful!
-
According to the article, 11000 steps would put you in the "active" range. I've had my FitBit for awhile now, and I was shocked to learn that even with my desk job, my regular activity puts me in the "lightly active" range. But hey, getting to eat a little more and still lose weight? Feels awesome

How are you storing it? Make sure its good and sealed. Other than that, marinate and if you're heating it up later you can also slightly under cook it.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14715035 Here's a nice article on pedometers, the bottom sentences lay out the steps in relation to lifestyle settings. As long as you have FitBit and MFP synced, FitBit will adjust your exercise and calories for you. The adjustment will show up under exercise (you may have to adjust your…

The calories on FitBit are your total calories burned not just from walking, but from simply being alive. MFP already accounts for that in your settings, which is how it arrives at how much you need to eat to stay at a deficit. FitBit will add more calories for you to eat if you go over that projection or subtract them if…

Just went on a deleting spree of people on my list who haven't logged in over a month, so I too need friends. I'm committed to working slow and steady, keeping an open diary, logging the bad days, eating exercise calories back, and not being serious about everything (I like to have fun). Feel free to add if this sounds…

Been here a little over 2 months, going slow and steady. I log everything, diary is open. If you don't mind "dirty" eating or cheeky humor, feel free to add me.
