Just did week 5 day 3 today. It's doable, you just need to keep telling yourself that you can do it when the exercises get tough. Y'all can add me if you need a cheerleader to get you through the rough parts.

I might as well join in. Hi! I'm LL. Former dancer who is trying to at least look like I used to be a dancer again (not scary ballet skinny, though). My goals for the day: 1. Drink 10 glasses of water 2. Not pass out from donating blood 3. Make smart food choices today.
