How much water are you drinking? Our bodies could potentially function much differently, but I find that when I drink more water I'm less bloat-y (even during my TOM), and that *ahem* my morning constitutional is much easier to pass. If your body has the same little nuances as mine, you may find that increasing your daily…

You say that you eat a lot when you're with him, and add on that you eat unhealthily... As if the unhealthy eating is a side effect of eating a lot. In my experience, this goes the other way around - when I eat a larger amount of unhealthy foods, I tend to want more of them... And turn a treat into a cheat. The next time…

Take pictures, lots and lots of pictures. Ask other people to take pictures of you and send them to you. I find that a lot of the times I look in mirrors (or any reflective surface, really) and catch a glimpse of myself, I see the worst things. "Ugh, my hair is such a mess." "Wow, look at that muffin top... hot" "Maybe I…

I've never been to therapy myself, but I have friends who have - the biggest piece of advice they ever gave me about pursuing therapy is that if you think you need to go, and you have the means ($$ not an issue), go. It helps. It helps in varying degrees, in that you get out of it what you put into it. You need to help…

Throw away your scale the first while. Buy a measuring tape and take pictures - those will be how to judge your progress. The scale is a filthy horrible liar who needs to be taught a lesson ;) Otherwise, everything in moderation. Feel the need for a cookie? Do it. A cookie. Pizza? Cool. A slice. Make sure it fits in.

Completely normal to have little to no fluctuations. If it's giving you the exact same number every day, swap the batteries out.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/reports Swap it from "Weight" to "Net calories" INCREDIBLY informative if you track diligently yet find yourself slipping; if you're going over a wee bit on a regular basis, it will show.

2 tbsp of unpopped kernels per serving. Makes 4 cups of popped popcorn. 3 servings per bag = 12 cups of popped corn per bag Take the numbers on the right-hand side of the label and multiply by 12 for one bag. =420 calories

You can't out-exercise a bad diet.

Have you ever heard of menstrual cups? They work wonders. Like a tampon, but with no risk of TSS and you don't have to buy more of them ^_^ In lieu of a cup, throw in a tampon, get yo' sweat on, shower and change. The usual.

bump! How is the consistency? I'm wondering if using extra whip or some cream (instead of the comdensed milk) would make it thicker...

Google is your friend! When you need to convert something, go type in "1 cup = ml" and it'll pull up exactly how many mL are in one cup =)

Not doing P90X (or 3) at the moment - although I possess both of them! I'm in week 2 of Turbofire, which is another Beachbody program, if you'd like to add me for motivation and support =) I could call myself a P90X/3 grad, if I'd only ever finished the darn programs ;) For some reason I never seem to get past block 1...…

If you've been slacking for a few months, start slow. Build up the HABIT. Only then begin to do more work, if you feel that you still need it. It's pointless to work yourself in a frenzy for half a week and then go back into a month or two of near-hibernation.

Maybe a silly question, do you cook the quinoa before putting it in the slow cooker? Sounds delicious!

If you don't mind paying a little bit more, I LOVE the Panache sports bra (Amazon link: http://www.amazon.com/Panache-Womens-Underwired-Sports-Bra/dp/B005X5FG2O ) they size the same way that your regular bras do. Excellent bounce control if you're larger chested (and even if you aren't). I've had mine for almost a whole…

From reading your OP, I think that if you do the 30DS once a week, you'll make great progress! My favorite fitness related quote is from Tony Horton (of Beachbody's P90X): "Do your best, forget the rest." Keeping that in my mind has made everything 10x easier. And I feel your pain on the bossom problem! I don't know…

Thanks! I don't normally drink rockstars; I'll see if I can find one when I leave for class

When you registered for the site, you should have told it your daily level of activity - that is where you log your work hours. That is your activity level.
