Thanks everyone. The energy/boost is less psychological and more physical. I'm willing, have the drive, and ready for my workout but then when doing it I just don't have the energy and feel like I'm not getting the most out of it. I also have some steel cut oats that I can use but I think that'd be better for post-workout.…

I am doing insanity but it's my recovery week so in not burning as much. The body weight ones are good. Ill see if I can find some videos. Thanks for the suggestions so far.

Maybe a dumb question but to people add the lemon into MFP calories? Also, I'm reading up on this and it seems to be a consensus that folks are using one half of a squeezed lemon per cup of warm water. Is that the case for most folks?

This is getting quite the response! I tied to get chicken chorizo at the whole foods butcher but they didn't have it. I did get hot italian chicken sausage for a meal to be determined, though! Thanks folks! SO many great breakfast ideas for the next food shopping trip.

THis is all great. SInce joining MFP I've been eating healthier and I think more (instead of skipping breakfast, not-so-good lunch, decent dinner I do a good all-three-meal days).
