So I recently started dating someone, and today it ended with a crash landing. Looking back on the whole experience, I see that I slacked A WHOLE LOT in my eating habits and working out. I am sooo in! Binging is a horrible problem that keeps haunting me at least once a week. I do it for when i am super happy and i do it when i am super sad. Kind of messed up huh? This is an AWESOME challenge!

I have had the same sort of problems this summer, and it is sooooo time to get in gear. No more sitting on the couch eating otter pops in my free time! Lol

The one thing that helps me the most is to keep REALLY busy, and my mind starts to realize that i dont need the foods that i am craving.

Oh and also the more social I let myself be, the less I think about food. If I am hanging out with people most nights, I dont have to worry about that battle between my mind and the fridge. Try to not sit by yourself a whole lot, go play with the kids, or friends or hubbie, or whatever else there might be!
