I always had problems trying to eat enough protein/calories whilst also trying to eat healthy. Ended up drinking a lot of milk, though I'm not sure that was the best idea!!

Your diet sounds really good. I think you need at least a few more calories a day if you're doing lots of exercise. You can't starve yourself if you're working out as you're body will hold on to as many calories as it can. Hope it works if you choose to try it :)

People wear sports bras when they go to a gym (which is about health and fitness) ...big difference to push-up underwear!

I recommend www.aworkoutroutine.com/diet-plan/ for info on dieting. Ive used this website to plan my eating and ive found it to be working well. It gives lots of info on counting carbs, good vs bad carb, etc
