My reflection keeps me motivated lol ... I don't want to look like that anymore, I also daydream a lot, think about Christmas and fitting into a nice fitted red dress ...... how I'll look and feel, or being able to shop for nice pair of jeans which will sit nicely on my hips rather than having everything hanging over them…

McDonalds ... also the day before I sat eating a sandwich drinking my water whilst the family sat eating cheese burgers and chips with milkshakes, I also said n to apple crumble and custard which smelt delicious!!

I'm a walker (not in the walking dead sense) I love to walk, especially on sunny autumn days :) If I need something from the shop I'll walk to the furthest one, it also saves on bus fare lol I've lost 66lb through waling and occasionally doing my exercise DVD which is only 30mins. I have wide hips, I'm 5ft8 and at my smallest size 145lb I was size 12 n my hip bones and ribs were sticking out ...... I've never seen size 10 and would look really unhealthy if I tried to go below my smallest weight. I'm now 12stone 7 and my target is to fit into size 12 comfortably again and weigh about 10.13

yeah thats why i try to go bed earlt, just to stop eating...im usually up early with my baby too, so any extra sleep is welcome! haha hot chocolate sounds like a good idea just to curve the craving and not want to binge

great work!! i had little targets like get into the twelve stones, then get into twelves and single figures... my next will be 11 stones. my overall goal will be to get into size 12 pants comfortably, which i am nowhere near .. thanks to my hips lol. but well done you have done really well :)

thanks for all the replies .... lots of new things to try there. i usually have coffee and go ahead biscuits but fing that i get bloated and trying to cut out tea/coffee.
