The food stuff is easy for me i know what to eat and not to eat- the water goes down easy- However I am proud to sayDrum ROLL PLEASE... I have exercised 4 times this week- 2 mile power walk - this is a huge step for me. My body is responding and it feels good to do it for me.

u dont need to go to a gym to get exercise. I have Comcast service- which has on demand- which has exercise TV- I do the 2 mile power walk. Its 30 minutes and you can burn 160 calories. JUST DO IT. Do it for YOU.
