Great job for sticking to it for 32 days . Please do not be discouraged when you do not hit your monthly goal . I lost 70 lbs in 6 months and only 10 lbs in the following 3 months . but I did lose inches ..so keep going and no matter how slow or fast you go before your graduation it will be so much better than gaining…

So exciting right? I am trying to run a 5 k by June and can run 1.5 miles on a treadmill. I tried to run out side a couple of weeks ago and couldn't even make it a half mile . I was never really a drinker until a couple months ago I tasted Chelada's OMG I love them . I drank almost every day for three weeks then when I got back up to work ( 3 and 3 schedule ) I had gained 6 lbs in 3 weeks !! Now I limit myself to 2 nights every 3 weeks ... too many calories . Congrats !!

Great NSV ! Ilost 40 lbs before I went doen to a 22 . I couldn't believe it either . I think it's different when you are in the smaller sizes though so keep it up !!

I only record my weight ( gains ) on Sundays . Sometimes I have gained during the week and secretly hope it goes down by Sunday . I record every loss ..hahaha:bigsmile: Do what makes you feel good , If it's not recording gains then dont . But I feel that it makes me feel like I don't lose anything - like you stated it…

First off , congrats on your weight loss already ! Secondly do you drink soda? I hope not .Even diet soda can make you crave sweets and salty foods ( in my opinion ) You are doing well with the " eat this not that " idea. That's what I did ,but at some point the lbs will slow down and you will need to eat even less ,sigh .…

You already have some good advise here but I just want to add one thing . Make sure you are drinking enough water . I feel like my weight loss stalled because I was not drinking enough water - maybe I'm wrong but at least this advise couldn't hurt :bigsmile: And good luck !

Did you do the Learn and burn cd? I did that one for about a week before I started on any of the other dvd's . I didn't just watch it I followed slowly - because it's slow lol . But I found it helped a lot .

Do you have any friends that lift ?If not , I would watch other people who lift ,mostly I would watch women and ask questions . Not too many because some people only have time to do their work out and get to work but one or two questions wont hurt and the worst they can do is ignore you ...lol also look at you tube videos…
