I do gain anywhere from 3 -5lbs when I am on my period so I try really hard to ignore the scale but about 4 days after -yes it stays for a little more than a week on me - 3 days before and about 3 days after .....then I usually ahve a good loss . :bigsmile:

Just the other day I had to go back to camp and change them because I had worn some lose scrubs also, so there was nothing to hold them up and they were ...., well you know hahaha!

Do you have one of those styrofoam rollers . It works wonders for tight muscles . I'd try that and mine stopped hurting the next day after using it . Now I use it before and after exercising about every other day . It's painful at first but feels so good after a while ! Good luck

^^^^ same here ... If I eat a piece of bread I don't lose weight for days lol . I try really hard to stay away from carbs but usually Sunday is my carb day . I do have insulin resistance as well so I do take metformin daily . As you can see from my ticker we can lose weight ....

I'm just curious if you drink diet coke often? I don't know if it's the same for everyone but when I drank coke or diet coke I craved more food. I couldn't stand it ... I don't drink it anymore at all and I have almost no cravings unless I'm premenstral ... Amy

^^^ This - I got mine three weeks ago on my calf and I can tell you i took off the next day because of the pain ( it was terrible the second day ) but I exercised the day after that and no problems at all .

I love coke , I mean I really LOVE COKE ! I stopped drinking it June 3rd of this year and I will never drink it again . For some people ...like me it is a trigger food..
