I don't usually do resolutions either ..but I do plan on : drinking more water tracking my exercise better - I downloaded a year of blank tracking forms (it tracks how you felt before and after and what you did at what intensity and so on .) I have the PF Membership too but I go to Dimond or Midtown . I had a membership at the Alaska club years ago ,wont do that again as a matter of principal lol. My son worked there as a Personal trainer also - he live out of the country now so he's not an option. I have gone to Golds I think and done a Zumba class a long…

I work out twice a day . it works for me. I think that working out 30 minutes in the evening helps keep my metabolism going . I could be wrong but it works for me....

this is how I felt . I had a 3 day hiatus from calorie counting and at the end of those three days what I remember most is not how good the food was but how bloated and miserable I felt . I was glad to get back on track again...

My question would be if she had any uneasiness when people make a big deal out of her weigh loss ( like oh my god you look so great and then everyone startes saying it and they keep on about it . Or does she think people treat her differently now that she's lost so much weight .
