Day 2 Report (August 2): Water Intake: 80oz. Did 55 min of Zumba plus an extra 30 minutes on Elliptical for 2.43 miles!! I finished up with strength training for upper body. Under calorie goal by 10 calories Way to go Team..... Yay!! ;)

Brushing my teeth helps me too. I also try to distract myself with a book, or put on some nice calming music and comfy pj's and go to bed.

I'm @ 165.4 down 1.2 from last week's weight-in, I'm trying the calorie zigzagging thing. I think is working. According to the website below, it's a good idea to change the calorie levels to 'keep the body guessing'. This calorie variation may be called "diet confusion" just like we do with P90x and its "muscle confusion"…

Aghhh.. I gained 4 onz. I'm @ 167.4 I allowed myself to eat, perhaps, a bit too much this past easter weekend... Let's keep on track. Today I start week 4 of P90X with hubby and his friend. We are doing Yoga X... how's that for a come-back Monday! :) Have a good day ladies!!
