Hope everybody's having a good day. My big jJFT for today: Kitchen closed at 7:30 and oral hygiene 7:30 p.m. Practice mindfulness throughout the day especially with food and physical activity. Keep to my schedule for productivity and tasks. Move with Ease and relax. Practice with loving kindness and gratitude.

Smiling... my boo cat has a natural buzz cut with velvet finish. Brush does not do much...but he needs nails trimned by me and he cooperates. Enjoy your precious pets all. Many are so loyal and mellow and do ONE DAY AT A TIME naturally.

Oh yes..I love it. Mine is in bedroom by window and I don't use for clothes hanger. I either do morning walk or indoor bike if bad weather or pressed for time. It helps open up my hips and my PT says go for it. If i listen to music or read the time flys.
