I did WW for a while but got burned out from counting points and feeling like I couldn't eat the things I wanted to eat! I transitioned over to MFP and I am so much happier tracking calories and macros this way. Feel free to add me! :)

I find that my lower back hurts the most after I do the Cardio Abs workout. I think its because I try to keep my core so tight and there's a lot of "c-sit" exercises. Whewww....it definitely works muscles I didn't know existed!

I'm in week 4 of Insanity and I have to tell you--that first week KILLED my calves! I'd say by the beginning of week 2 it was much better. Keep going!! Insanity is great! Finishing up week 4 this week and on to "recovery week" next week. Scared for Month 2! :)

It's not that I "don't want to work out" while I'm on vacation - if I did, I wouldn't have even asked and wouldn't even be considering extending my recovery week. It is so intense!! I could barely walk the first week I did it...my calves hurt so bad!! But, I guess that's how I can tell it's working...right? Haha, I will keep telling myself that!!

It's been a great program so far--but then again I'm only on Day 11! I think I'm still in the excited honeymoon phase...haha...I'm sure I'll get to the point where I dread it, but for now--it's great! And yes...my workouts are sooo sweaty! Getting ready to head home and sweat some more right now!

I'm going to see how I do with the rest of Insanity and then I will probably transition to that since 25 minutes out of my day seems a lot more bearable than 40-60, especially with an 18 month old! :) I'm working on making sure I'm getting enough calories.…

So if MFP is telling me 1200 calories, and I'm earning another 400 through working out....bringing me to a total of 1600...should I be eating as close to 1600 as possible, or staying under? GAH, who knew losing a few pounds would be so hard! ;)

Thank you for your advice!! I guess where I get confused is the whole "should I be meeting the calorie or macro levels" struggle! If I add more calories, I'm going to be adding more carbs/fat/protein and if I go over on those, I know that has an impact as well. I also get confused when some people say "as long as you stay…
