Good ideas Deguello, you could get the deli meat and make a sandwich or a wrap, also Walmart sells some premade wraps and those little pinwheels, they are both good, they also don't have a nutrition label on them, if you have the app you can scan the barcode but I'm not sure they are right, seems like an awful low calorie…

That's great but are you going to start drinking them again or stick with it and not drink it anymore? ETA: I was just wondering not trying to be an *kitten*...... I quit soda for about 3/4 months but I did start drinking it again

I use Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch, it only has 25 calories for 2 tablespoons and it is good....

I usually drink about 14 cups of water a day. I only count water as water even if I put crystal light or mio or something like that in it.

I used too but only every once in while now, it does get easier as you get used to it, and make sure you are dinking lots and lots of water because sometimes when you think you are hungry you are really just thirsty. Also make sure you are eating enough calories to sustain you for the day. Best of luck to you.
