Love my oats, and I don't even bother buying nut butter anymore as it is too easy to overeat.

I binge. There is no easy way to stop. I try to think about how I will feel if I keep shovelling food into my mouth - not good. When it does happen, don't throw your meal plan for the rest of the day or week out the window because you messed up. It's not an easy thing to overcome.
