  • I think it depends on whats going on, and how active the whole thing is.... My oldest niece and nephew (8 & 6) like to be chased and thrown around, and they play really hard sometimes.   • I got "runner" socks, and I use blister block when I do running, its done the trick for me... and when I do get a blister I get blister bandages, I like that they cushion, and stick for a long time, water and sweat proof too. Blisters are no fun :(
  • Skinny Cow! I love their products! I have a sweet tooth too, I just make sure I fit it into my daily calories... I know Im going to want something sweet at night, so I leave calories for it....

  • I eat some of them. I always make sure I have a little something after I workout. For the most part I use cals burned as a buffer or treat.
  • I have a pool in my back yard too, I love it. I swim on my "lazy days" or when i just want to de-stress, but I do count it as working out because its "extra" I dont do from normal daily life things.... so to be it counts, and its great! Keep it up if you love it!
