Jump training is helping me with that exact area...check your local rec enter or gym to see what they recommend...i work for an orthopaedics office so i know what is best for me and my knee issues....check it out! :bigsmile:

I have been on a plateau for the last 2 weeks and my doctor recommends resistance training (treadmill, eliptical, stationery bike) they challenge the body outside of the "comfort zone" and burn more calories.......just a thought for you ... Good Luck on your journey! :bigsmile:

:heart: I just got the curves tennis shoes from avon and they feel great. I have plantar faciitis in my right foot and it is difficult for me to wear flat shoes (believe it or not) and these shoes have cushioning air pockets in them that are the best!!!! check on avon.com.

water aerobics (thursday and saturday), i also do the 2 mile (high calorie burn) walk away the pounds once in the morning before work and in the evening after dinner or maybe Zumbaa!!! walk walk walk....every (2) 15 minute breaks at work and 30 minutes of my 1 hour lunch... make yourself a schedule and stick to it! I love salmon!! I am from Washington State so that is what I grew up on......I like the smoked salmon (if you can find it) with some fat free cream cheese and triscuits..... when we cook it we just add some salt pepper onions and lemons in a foil wrap in the oven for about 25 minutes and it ALWAYS comes out perfect.
