:flowerforyou: Thank you! so nice!

Hi, I'm Tisha. I did 25, could have pushed a few more, but they wouldn't have been at best form, so I'll be starting Week 1 Column 3 tomorrow. Good luck everyone :)
-
I'm in - Had planned to start Monday, and do this and the 150 dips on alternating days, so I'll start the dips Monday, and the sit-ups Tuesday! :)

You've just made my day. I've been struggling with the same issue as the OP, constantly doubting my new smaller size, and I have very few clothes now. (Very little money too!) I never thought of simply trying things on! I've been having trouble finding things which suit my new shape, and have been so scared of…

Bump - Excellent just what I was looking for! Thanks
-
Lol I used to have this all the time Slice of Toast, Tomato Puree, Cheese - stick under the grill for a couple of minutes (I also used italian seasoning for taste) It was awesome! But I'm biased, cos I'm a pizza fiend!
-
Guys, you rock! Thank you so much for all the suggestions, I'll definately give them all a try! I like the sound of that book especially :)
-
Don't you believe it! I'm 5'1", and started at 173lb. I, just like you, thought I'd NEVER get to the weight of others my height. My mum and sister are both skinny mini's and within an inch of my height, but I'm built more like my dad, very broad shoulders and large ribs. I thought if I hit 10st, (140lb) it would be a…

When I reach my goal, I'm *finally* getting the shoes in my ticker! I've wanted them for so long, it seemed like the perfect incentive. Funds are too tight for a whole new wardrobe, but I might splurge on a few new cheapy bits until I can get some money together. After all, I've already had to throw out / donate over half…

Danny is GORGEOUS! I'm glad you decided to adopt :) Have fun with your new pal!

If you weren't a woman, married and thousands of miles away, I'd ask you to marry me! Pizza has always been my 'crave' and I'm not giving it up for the world! I just eat like you do, reasonably, in moderation and not every night! I seem to share the majority view on this... I'd never have been able to last with this change…

 this made me laugh - especially as I was reading it whilst eating a jam doughnut - and still being in my calorie, fat, saturated fat and carb limit for the day! People just don't understand the whole 'moderation' thing! Your attitude is fantastic, and keep up the great work
-
Lol, that's exactly the thought that came to my mind! What a load of bull! Most pregnant women are carrying more that 6.6lbs around by the end! I've yet to notice one snap!
-
At 5'5", 132 is your ideal weight, and if that's you in the pic, I think you look great! You have a lovely shape and certainly don't look at all overweight. But it's all about how YOU feel. Personally, I don't think you need to lose any more :)

I love reading and have so many favourite books, but at a push... Birds Of Prey / Monsoon / Blue Horizon - Trilogy by Wilbur Smith The Pillars of the Earth / World Without End - Ken Follett I'm a huge fan of the Discworld novels by Terry Pratchett, and I enjoyed the Twilight and Harry Potter books too. Other favourite…

Excellent! Well done - I remember reaching this NSV, and It was one of my happiest moments! Just wait to you first hit that 'Normal' range! Be proud - this is such a great achievement! Congratulations :) x
-
Excellent NSV - With willpower like that, you'll reach your target (see what I did there!?!) in no time at all!

I drink about 1L / 1.5L water a day - and 1 can / 1 glass of coke zero a day. I notice no difference on the days I skip the Coke zero, and i've managed to lose over 40lb, so it can't be doing much damage to my weight loss. In moderation it's fine - just don't start drinking a litre of the stuff each day!
-
I've been umming and aahing over whether to try this again once my arm is better - You've sold it to me! Fantastic results, and I love that you kept such good track! Well done
-
Yes and no... 41lb lost and I'm down a bra size, but not a cup size! Was a 36C, now a 34D And I couldn't be happier about that!

I thought I was the only one! (Well I knew I couldn't be, but it sure felt like that sometimes) No-one else in my family has this, and I've not had kids yet, so I'm hoping that LOTS of core exercises will help. Doesn't sound good though, does it?!
-
I feel for you. I once had a 'best friend' like this - and i'd just like to say you've got a good man there. A lot of the bad ones would have gone along with it. I also completely understand you feeling hurt right now. It's raw in your mind - it may have happened 2 years ago, but if you only just found out about it, it may…
-
Count me in :)
-
You look great! Well done so far and good luck for those last 8lb! I'm with you 100%. I still treat myself now and then, but I log everything, because at the end of the day, you're only lying to yourself if you don't. I'm good most of the time though, and I guess that's the way to go - I never thought I'd be where I am…
-
As someone else posted - 30 Day shred has some great results for inches! As for the weight, just be honest with what you eat and stay in your goal calories! I know it seems daunting right now, but you can DEFINATELY do this. I'm not sure you'll be able to get to exactly where you want to be before July, but you can at…

About 35lb before I dropped a size! Was a UK 14 for AGES, now I can finally say UK 12. I think it must be different for everybody but gawd was it annoying when I was 2 stone down and still the same size! You'll get there, just keep going :)

Great progress. x Well done and keep going

ericb14 - If my man has a body like yours at your age (or any age for that matter!), I'll be a happy lady

A very moving story - thank you so much for being brave enough to share it with us. Feel free to add me. x
