thats a 45 degree leg press on the right in the picture, we have another bench off to the left that we declines on. Another weight tree behind the smith machine also.

what is everybodys routine that you do? For me on bench i start with flat bench Monday was 135x10x2 230x5 260x5 300x7 then 170x10 for 5 sets then incline 145x 10 for 3 sets ______________________________________________________ Heres my workout from last year, think i am going to start it again 145x10 195x10 215x10 235x10…

yeah gotta listen to your body, last year i fried my CNS...went in the gym and couldnt even get 135 off the rack

I am...i am always looking up and reading information to help me in the gym. Probably should pay more attention to my job huh..lol

I hit the gym around 6am and for me I take my preworkout on an empty stomach and i seem to do good...Have also tried a shake before hand...felt about the same with both. Just try different things and listen to your body.
