you would probably have to consume an insane amount of protein to be considered too much. I myself shoot for 250-300g per day but thats me. Everybody is different.

you need to eat i would shoot for at least 2000 calories a day. roughly 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight

I am 5' 8" and 285lb Males Squat 140kg 300lbs- less than 6 months, hit 405 x 4 couple weeks ago. Bench 100kg 225lbs- did this when I was 15, had never worked out. Started working out in 2000 hit 285. Heat freak here, like Blair's pretty good, 100% pain isn't bad, Dave's insanity sauces are also good, mad dawgs revenge is pretty hot so is da bomb. Don't really have any recipes though cause wife doesn't like anything hot.

This is why I'm glad I workout at my brothers gym(garage) don't have to worry about gym idiots. Although we still rerack all the weights and break down the barbells. Only thing we don't do is break down the leg press. We leave 400lbs on there all the time, we don't like moving the 100lb plates...lol

I rarely use either, just don't like the feel of them. Gloves with wrist support if my wrists are hurting, other than that chalk it up
